Conservation Refugees

After reading the conservation Refugees article by Mark Dowie, I strongly opposed the idea of taking people Away from their land to protect the area. Instead of setting specific areas to protect the government should come together to create protection laws. They should have a law which states how any resources they can use from the land. Obviously the system they are using now doesn't work if the global biodiversity is still declining. A certain area should not use an amount of resources if it exceeds the amount that can be renewed.
